أثر القيادة المستدامة على المناعة التنظيمية بشركات الطيران الليبية العاملة بمدينة بنغازي

الملخص

هدفت الدارسة إلى معرفة أثر القيادة المستدامة على المناعة التنظيمية وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين بشركات الطيران الليبية العاملة بمدينة بنغازي، والذي بلغ قوامه (121) عاملاً، وقد أتبعت الدراسة أسلوب المسح الشامل، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة تم استرجاع (105) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي أي ما نسبته (86.8%) من الاستبانات الموزعة، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن المستوى العام للقيادة المستدامة بالشركات محل الدراسة جاء مرتفعاً، كذلك أوضحت الدراسة أن مستوى المناعة التنظيمية جاء مرتفعاً، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للقيادة المستدامة على المناعة التنظيمية، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل إتباعها لتعزيز مستوى القيادة المستدامة وتعضيد المناعة التنظيمية بالشركات قيد الدراسة.
