Using the Balanced Scorecard in determine Strategic Objectives to Faculty of Economics -Omar Al-Mukhtar University

The current study aims to determine the strategic objectives of the Faculty of Economics -Omar Al-Mukhtar University depending on the perspective teaching staff. Therefore, a descriptive-analytical method was used, and the size of a simple random sample was determined (65) items. The study reached the level of priority for suggesting strategic objectives to the Faculty -under study- was high. The study results concluded that there are significant effect relations between Balanced Scorecard dimensions (Learn, Operations, Customers, Governance). the study recommends that the management of faculty -under study- adopt a proposal model and transform suggested strategic objectives into operational goals, plans, indicators, and initiatives.
