The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Level of Managerial Creativity Among Academic Leaders at the University of Sirte

This study aimed to investigate the Managerial creativity levels of academic leaders in the University of Sirte. In addition, this study identifies and characterizes the type of Knowledge Management impact on the level of Managerial creativity at the University of Sirte. The study population consists of all of academic Leaders at the University of Sirte (90) members. A sample of about (73) respondents was selected in the simple random sampling method. (73) responses were retrieved and 4 were excluded due to their lack of validity for analysis. The number of questionnaires valid for the analysis was (69), or about (94%) of the total sample. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to deal with the collected data using descriptive and explanatory statistical methods using such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear regression analysis and other statistical analysis. The results of this study are: a statistically significant effect of acquisition, conversion, application of knowledge on the level of Managerial creativity levels of Managerial and academic leaders in the University of Sirte. A set of recommendations was developed that may help planners and policy makers in the Libyan universities in the construction and development of encouraging managerial systems and a managerial climate suitable for the development of an improvement of the Managerial creativity level among its members.
