Abstract

This research aims to investigate how does the implementing of knowledge management and its dimensions (i.e., knowledge capturing, documenting, transforming and applying) enhance the education quality in Libyan high schools in Benghazi. The quantitative method and descriptive statistical strategy were adopted. Using questionnaire to 66 schools' principals, the analysis reveals that the knowledge management implementation was at moderate level as well as the quality of education. The results show a significant relationship between the knowledge management implementation and the education quality level. This impact was recognisably high with each dimension of knowledge management. This research provides number of insights on how do Libyan high schools enhance their education quality through adoption the knowledge management system in their administrative aspects.
