دور السياسة النقدية في معالجة التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي دراسة تحليلية قياسية للفترة (1990-2022 م)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس دور السياسة النقدية في معالجة التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي خلال الفترة (1990–2022)، وذلك في ظل خصوصية الاقتصاد الليبي القائم على الريع النفطي وما شهده من تحولات سياسية ومؤسسية عميقة، خاصة بعد عام 2011، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا لتتبع تطور المتغيرات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى منهج قياسي كمي باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية (ARDL) لقياس العلاقة بين التضخم وأدوات السياسة النقدية، ممثلة في عرض النقود (M2) وسعر الصرف الحقيقي، مع إدراج متغير وهمي لالتقاط أثر الأزمات السياسية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات، مع تباين في قوة واتجاه تأثير أدوات السياسة النقدية على التضخم، بما يعكس خصوصية الاقتصاد الليبي وضعف فعالية آليات انتقال السياسة النقدية خلال فترات الاضطراب.
