Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of strategic renewal practices in the main administration of Sahara Bank in Benghazi, focusing on four dimensions: (opportunity exploration, opportunity exploitation, leadership involvement, and entrepreneurship), A descriptive approach was employed, using a comprehensive survey of (49) employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analysed using SPSS, findings indicated that the overall level of strategic renewal was weak. Among the dimensions opportunity exploration ranked highest with moderated level of practice, followed by opportunity exploitation at a moderate level, leadership involvement and entrepreneurship were both at weak, the study presented a set of recommendations that are hoped followed to improve the level of strategic renewal practices.
