The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between self- esteem and life Satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Education at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, in addition to identifying the differences between them in both variables according to gender and academic specialization A self-esteem and life Satisfaction scale was used on sample of (155) male and female students, the study concluded that:- A significant correlation exists between self-esteem and life Satisfaction among students in the college of Education.- High levels of self-esteem and life Satisfaction are observed among students in the college of Education.- There are statistically significant differences between gender in self-esteem and life Satisfaction in favoring males. - There are statistically significant differences according to academic specialization in self-esteem, favoring scientific specialization, and in life Satisfaction, favoring humanities specialization.- Self-esteem contributes to predicting life Satisfaction.
