المستخلص :
الهدف: تبحث هذه الدراسة تأثير التباين البيئي والجغرافي على الخصائص الكيميائية النباتية والغذائية والظاهرية لنبات المرسين (Myrtus communis L.) (من الفصيلة الآسية) في بيئتين متباينتين ضمن منطقة الجبل الأخضر في ليبيا: وادي الكوف ووادي الأزليفات.
المنهجية: جُمعت البراعم الخضرية والأوراق والثمار خلال صيف عام 2023. وشملت التحاليل تحديد كمية المعادن الأساسية (الكالسيوم، البوتاسيوم، الصوديوم، المغنيسيوم) باستخدام مطياف الامتصاص الذري، وتحديد القيم الغذائية التقريبية (البروتين، الكربوهيدرات، الدهون، والرماد)، وتحديد توزيع الأحماض الأمينية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، جرى تقييم الخصائص المورفومترية للأوراق والثمار، إلى جانب الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للثمار (الأس الهيدروجيني، الموصلية الكهربائية، إجمالي المواد الصلبة الذائبة).
النتائج: كشف التحليل المقارن عن اختلافات معنوية مرتبطة بالموطن، مما يؤكد مرونة النمط الظاهري للأنواع. أظهرت عينات وادي أزليفات كثافة معدنية أعلى، حيث بلغت مستويات الكالسيوم 3.132 ملغم/غرام من الوزن الجاف، أي ما يقارب ثلاثة أضعاف مثيلتها في وادي الكوف. وأظهر تحليل الثمار في وادي أزليفات حموضة أعلى (الأس الهيدروجيني 4.80) وشكل أوراق أكثر استطالة. في المقابل، أظهرت عينات وادي الكوف استقلابًا أوليًا مُحسَّنًا، مما أدى إلى إنتاج بروتين خام أعلى بشكل ملحوظ (58.050 غرام/100 غرام)، ومجموع أحماض أمينية أساسية أكبر (0.118 ملغم/غرام من الوزن الجاف)، وأبعاد أكبر للأوراق والثمار. وكان حمض الجلوتاميك هو الحمض الأميني السائد في كلا الموقعين.
الخلاصة: تشير النتائج إلى أن الخصائص البيو كيميائية المورفولوجية لنبات الميرسين (M. communis) تتأثر بشكل أساسي بالمناخات المحلية الدقيقة والعوامل البيئة (خصائص التربة). حيث يحفز وادي الكوف نمواً خضرياً قوياً وتخليقاً للبروتين، في حين يحفز وادي أزليفات تراكماً معدنياً تكيفياً وتعديلات أسموزية؛ وهي نتائج تعد حاسمة للاستخدام الصيدلاني والغذائي لهذا النوع النباتي.
