Although the General National Congress received power from the National Transitional Council on 8/8/2012, the partisan blocs represented by the Justice and Construction blocs, and the National Forces Alliance entered into a conflict and partisan competition that lost the confidence of the Libyan citizens in the feasibility of the parties and their role in The consolidation of democracy, as it became in the position of accusation and responsibility for disrupting and postponing the political path specified according to a period in the temporary constitutional declaration. That is why this research came to address the issue of the position of the political parties represented by the Justice and Construction blocs and the National Forces Alliance towards the implementation of the transitional political track. In this research, the descriptive approach was relied on in describing and analyzing the problem of the research, through the introduction of the case study, where several results and recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: that political parties work according to the democratic approach based on dialogue, tolerance and acceptance of the other opinion, As well as working to restore the citizen's confidence in political parties, and to give priority to the public interest.
