Polygamy in Libyan society "A descriptive analytical study on a sample of polyga-mists in the city of Al-Bayda"

The phenomenon of polygamy within the community of the city of Al Bayda is considered one of the important issues for the community, which strives to clarify the reasons for polygamy within society to achieve happiness and well-being within the family. This study aims to find out the relationship of age and the tendency towards polygamy, as well as the relationship of the economic factor and polygamy, in addition to several other factors. It has become clear from the study sample that the older the age, the greater the tendency towards polygamy, and that there is no relationship between the high level of income and the tendency towards polygamy.
