The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the regulation of higher education on the satisfaction of faculty members with the regulation of higher education, as well as to identify the extent of the impact of the regulation of higher education on the satisfaction of faculty members at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Souq al-Khamis in terms of (rewards and financial benefits. The study relied on the descriptive approach in collecting and analyzing data using statistical methods for (58) faculty members at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Souk Al-Khamis, using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. In addition, the study adopted the analytical statistical method for analyzing the questionnaire and using percentages and frequencies.
- The disproportionate financial rewards with the work assigned to him and the effort expended is somewhat acceptable and sometimes not acceptable.
 - There is no fairness in the evaluators' committees for entitlement to promotion, and the number of papers for each grade is not appropriate for promotion.
 
• The inconsistency of the specified periods for the sabbatical leave, the inconsistency of the dates for the issuance of the sabbatical leave decisions
