Abstract

The study problem crystallized in the question: What is the impact of organizational culture in light of the Corona pandemic on improving the performance of workers in the Sahara Bank branches in Benghazi? While the importance of the study was that this study is one of the important studies that many researchers have previously touched upon before the Corona pandemic, and those studies (according to the researcher's knowledge) did not link the organizational culture with a fatal global disease pandemic, and the researcher used statistical analysis spss to analyze the data in a descriptive and inferential manner. The questionnaires were distributed to the investigators, as the research community was represented by all workers in the Sahara Bank branches in Benghazi, and the study concluded with the most important results, which is the presence of a significant effect of organizational culture in light of the Corona pandemic on improving the performance of workers and the determination coefficient reached R² (807), which indicates The performance of workers is explained by 807 independent variables, and the most important recommendations were the need to strengthen the organizational culture of workers in the banking sector in light of the Corona pandemic to become a behavior that the worker automatically practices under any pandemic in the future.
