Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the nature of relationship between foreign direct investment FDI and inclusive growth in a sample of 29 less developing countries LDCs in the year 2021. In order to achieve its objective, the study utilized robust regression technique, using robust least squares method. The findings of the study indicated a weak positive and significant relationship between FDI and inclusive growth. In other words, one unit of cross-country differences in FDI can create cross countries differences by 0.0002 unit.
