About the Journal

Al-Mukhtar Journal of Engineering Research (MJER) is a free, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Omar Al-Mukhtar University. Published annually in English, the journal serves as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of original and high-quality research across a broad range of engineering disciplines.

MJER follows an open-access policy that ensures immediate and unrestricted access to all published content, free of charge to readers and institutions. All users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical restrictions.

The journal does not charge authors any article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees. Submission, review, and publication in MJER are completely free of charge.
